PARTY COVERAGE
Many
organizations and companies offer third party coverage
to their employees and members. If you have worked around
loud sounds or are a Veteran we can help. We help initiate
and provide services to patients from the Department of
Veteran Affairs (DVA) and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police
(RCMP). We also provide services to the Worker’s
Compensation Board (WCB), Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB),
Social Services, and other insurers. Our friendly staff
can help you with understanding your coverage, and what
hearing services will best fit you needs.
CONFIDENCE
Our team
makes every effort to help you choose the right hearing aid
for you. Because of the flood of new sounds you will be experiencing
when you first fit with your new hearing aid, we offer you
a trial period. If after 90 days you are not completely
satisfied with your hearing aids you can return them to us
for a full refund (excluding initial hearing test and minor
fitting fees).

 Life
holds many unexpected incidents. To ensure that you are protected
in the event that you lose or damage your hearing aids we
include loss and repair coverage for most hearing aids
during the first two years – at no additional cost. We also
offer an exclusive Island Hearing extended warranty

the first few months of wearing your hearing aids we suggest
that you visit our office 3 – 4 times to be sure that your
hearing aids are properly adjusted and that you are comfortable

you on how to maintain your hearing aid and offer free
cleans and checks, maximizing the life and effectiveness
of your aids. We carry the accessories to keep your
hearing aids in working order and through out the year we
